Japanese Tea Ceremony at the Museum Rietberg

On Thursday, May 7, 2026, we will meet at 5:15 p.m. at the Museum Rietberg to experience the traditional Japanese tea ceremony together in the authentic tearoom Isshin-an. Under the guidance of experienced tea masters, we will learn how tea becomes an art form in Japanese culture. Of course, a bowl of freshly prepared matcha will also be served. The first session (max. 8 participants) begins at 5:30 p.m., and the second at 7:00 p.m. Joining later (6.45 pm) is possible if communicated in advance. An admission to the museum is included.
